An automatic checkweigher is a type of scale used on high-speed production lines to determine whether a product is qualified based on the weight it releases during operation, and to remove or remove unqualified products from the production line.
The inspected product enters the weighing scale from the production line and is transported to the dynamic weighing section via the acceleration zone. During its movement in the weighing section, the sensor undergoes deformation under the influence of gravity, causing a change in its impedance and outputting an analog signal. This signal is amplified by the circuit and then sent to the analog-to-digital converter of the weighing module, where it is quickly converted into a digital signal and transmitted to the processor of the weighing module. Using our self-developed weighing algorithm, the processor processes the weight signal. If the product’s weight exceeds the preset upper or lower limit values, the processor sends a rejection command to the rejection device on the rejection section, thereby removing the unqualified product from the rejection section.
